2021 is just around the corner!

As this very challenging year draws to a close may we give thanks for the gift of Yoga in our lives. It is our love of Yoga that unites us as a community and gives us the mental strength and fortitude to cope with unwanted change.

There is much we can be grateful for as we reflect upon where we are now at the end of the year. I’d like to give thanks for the dedication and commitment of all the teachers at Hills Yoga school who have worked so hard to keep you all safe and enthusiastic in your face to face classes or your online, at-home practise. I give thanks to all students for your support of and trust in the Yoga school.

I’d like to give special thanks to Johanna Paddick, who has made the decision to focus on her Uni work next year and will no longer be teaching classes. Jo and I have been friends and colleagues for the past 19 years. We have shared trips to India, numerous retreats and workshops and many, many hours of practice together. I know we will all miss Jo but wish her every happiness and success in her future endeavours. Jo’s last class will be Friday 18th December at 9.30am.

All of us at Hills Yoga School wish you a happy, healthy and safe Christmas & New Year period, and we look forward to seeing you at the Summer intensive or early next year when classes resume.

Namaste,
Stephanie
