A student's thoughts on Yoga: By Penny Moore

I have been thinking (hard to believe I know 😸) a lot about my yoga. It is so important to me that I can express to you how much it means to me, how much you mean to me as my teacher and how grateful I am.

Yoga is like my spine. It holds me up. It connects me to the earth. It provides me with structure and form. It allows me to bend, move and do the things that I want and need to do. It is a carriage for the breath that nourishes my body. It responds to my thoughts and my energy. It challenges me when the time is right and is kind to me when I need it. I would be be unrecognisable without it.
